I believe the singer is Ronnie Milsap with John Hughey on the steel guitar.I've never heard that tune before,but it's a good one.

Sorry for the late reply - Andy, you are correct, that is Ronnie Milsap with John Hughey. John actually can be heard on several of Ronnie's earlier albums on RCA.
