Real Band question

Post by Dave Grothusen »

I open RB and bring up a song from the file, when I click on any button all I get is the "bonk" like the is a problem. Nothing will play. What am I doing wrong?
I let it run for over an hour and nothing changed. Used the bottom tool bar to close out of it. I got a message of,,,access violation at address 0047AC57 in module "real band. exe" read of address 00000B0 at 0017AC57. or something like that.
Any ideas?

Dave, in that situation the best thing to do is call tech support, it's free and you'll get an expert. wish I could help.

I might be a beginner now, but someday I'm gonna steel the show.

For future information I did call a tech. I have version 2010 (2). Turns out there is a bug in it and they told me to go the the website and download the newer version.
