......... Hi Cello ......

Post by David Hartley »

Hey, Cello. Happy Christmas to you. Minus 10! That's like a summer to what we have had here lately. The weather people forecast minus 18 in parts of the UK tonight. You have probably got your swimming costume on in that heat!

Anyway, get off my steel.....!

Seriously, nice vimeo from you, nice sound on my steel, and nice to see your playing and the smile at the end.

Have a good one. Say hi to Atle. He called me today and for some reason we got cut off. I didn't hang up on him, honestly..

Myself and Fran watched the DVD Fru Brus this last weekend doing their singing from Kvalsvic. Songens glade kvinns. I enjoyed it and it brought back some lovely memories from this years event on the island. Looking forward to seeing you all again in 2011.

Keep the Franklin scratch free and polished for me..

Hello Bent...have a great Christmas too in Canada. I know you will be soon commenting on Cello's playing on my steel!

David

Kjell, I thought that one was one of the best so far. What tone you get on that beautiful Franklin! I guess the recording system is partly to credit as well. Nice and detailed picture on Vimeo.
Merry Christmas to you buddy.

David, Thanks so much for the Christmas greetings and I hope you have a great one as well.

By the way: I am one step closer to Norway next August.
I got my milling machine going now, and will be embarking on my next steel project right after Christmas.
