Together Again with Tommy Butler

Post by Ken Fox »

I thought Tommy did this in a studio with the Fox Amp, which is what he uses in sessions! I was wrong again!!

This was done at home on his computer with his Show Pro and the Fox Vintage Tube Reverb as the preamp/reverb to a direct box.

Great Job by Tommy, and I don't know how you would get a better sound than that.

I dont usually ask for a copy of anything I play on but I asked the engineer to send me a mastered copy of this song! This one is un-mixed and he's gotta line up the kick drum with the vocal at the end but the clip was to show how good Ken's reverb unit sounds raw and un-mixed. I recorded my Show Pro thru the Fox reverb unit out to a radial direct box strait into my computer. Hope you enjoy my efforts and Ken i'll send ya a copy of the mastered version.

Ken is THE MAN for all things tone !! :D

Like this a lot! Great tone! BTW, Ken - thanks for the N1000 upgrade. Put the chips in and I really like the results, sure makes a difference in a good way.
