How to import biab file to daw

I use BIAB 2008, and I have Cakewalk Sonar Home Studio. How do I import a biab file to a midi track in my DAW?

In the new 2010 version you can just drag the song into a blue box in the upper right hand corner of the interface and when it turns green, you can just drag it into your DAW. I upgraded yesterday and tried it and it worked like a charm.
