What BIAB package do I need - real Country and Western Swing
I have looked at the PG Music website but their descriptions are not very detailed. Let me just ask you guys. I play old Country 40s to 60's, maybe 70's, Western Swing and Texas Style Old Time Fiddle. I have BIAB 12 but it will not run on Windows 7 and so I need to buy a new package. I have used BIAB mostly for practice, but say I was going to gig with it, or colloborate with people who gig or record with it. What package do I need?

All you really need to start with is the Mega pack. It will more than likely cover anything you want to do. For most average users, the Ultra pack is overkill. You wouldn't use 99% of what is included in it.
You can then buy the individual Real Drum or Real Tracks cd's that suit your style of music when ever you want to so you are only spending money on what you want, not on material you'll never likely use.

Hey Brad where do you find sets for $10? As far as I can see each set is $29. Realpaks are $79 and you get 5 sets. That makes the upgrade to the Ultrapak to get all 82 sets at $279 a good deal even if you only use a few of them.
I find the real tracks in the Megapak make some excellent tracks but only work for a few songs then they all sound the same! Good marketing I guess.
There is no price for a Megapak to Ultrapak upgrade so I guess you just pay the £279. I'm in the UK so postage, customs and VAT add a lot to that. A few sets at $10 would suit me fine!
