That style of steel playing sounds to me like Ralph Mooney but I'm just guessin.

the label says j & j mosbey steel does sound like Mooney.......
a retired truck driver who is still driving. and loves steel......

J.&J. Mosby's big record in So.Calif somewhere around
1960 was "Just Before Dawn". There was, aa I remember, no Steel on the record. It also got a lot
of play on the Rock & Roll Stations.
