left handed player needs help

Post by Waymond McGee »

hello out there I hope this message gets read. I play a lefty LDG and simply can't deal with tab.(it's all backwards to me.) I am a good student of steel but my learning approach is totally visual. Are there any web sites where I can "learn that lick?" I rarely forget what I have been shown. Theory and chord structure are fine to learn and in time I'm sure I will get a grasp of it. But right now I just want to play!! I love traditional country and swing and I can memorize just about anything.(you learn to do that when living in a right handed world.) If anyone knows of any resources that can help me it will be greatly appreciated. Many thanks, Waymond McGee :)

Several players have "Talk tapes" where they talk you thru the lick and don't have tab. You can search for them in the lessons section I'm sure.
