My nephew Dan asked me to play steel on his song "Hey There You". I also added some vibraphone (my first recording on that instrument) in the background. You can hear the result on his MySpace page:

It was a trick to record. He emailed me an earlier version and the new piano part. I recorded to the piano, and emailed my parts back to him as separate MP3 files. What an age we live in!

That's very nice steel picking, for sure. I like the song and singing too. You know, Dan's singing sounds a lot like Gram Parsons.
Steeless.

I noticed that it doesn't seem to be working with Firefox in Windows, but it works with Internet Explorer. Strange...

It works here in Firefox. Bernie and others, upon loading the page, be patient. It takes a while before the music window appears and starts playing.

Comes through 5 X 5 on Firefox for me. Smooth as fresh churned buttermilk. Good job, b0bby. Was that your Sierra? Nice clean tone -- not shrill like some.
