Perhaps not for everyone

Post by Susan Alcorn (deceased) »

. . . but for those who might be interested, these are two (of four) clips from a performance at Baltimore's "High Zero" festival in 2008 with Tetuzi Akiyama (guitar), Paul Neihardt (percussion, friction), Tony Buck (drums), and myself (pedal steel guitar).

The music, which was improvised freely, is quiet, and subtle. I think if you listen closely and with an open mind, you may find something to enjoy. At any rate, I hope you will.

"Adios Nonino"

Susan, I really enjoyed the "Improv" you all did. While visiting the site I also listened to your rendering of "Adios Nonino" I must say this is especially good! Great work. Thanks for sharing your music!
