Sorry, it's only me, but in my defense for this cheap trick, I'm at least playing a Wes Montgomery tune called 'Far Wes'. You can watch the video (if you're not too mad at me) over at www.SteelGuitarJazz.com Just go there and then click on the Video Screening Room.
The performance is from the recent PSGA 35th Annual Show in Norwalk, CT, November 2008. Thanks to Bob Maickel for the footage and to Van Manakas (guitar), Forumite Steve Alcott (bass), and Barry Urich (drums).
Nice one Jim! I haven't heard that tune in awhile. I think Harold Land played tenor on the original version with Wes. It's good to see you tackling tunes like this and Lush Life and applying them to the steel. There aren't many players out there doing that and I commend you for that. Great site also...Keep up the good work!

Nice, Jim. Yeah, the hat is cool too.
I also had trouble getting the video clips to play in Firefox, so I watched it on youtube directly. It's simple to find your stuff with a youtube search.
Like Bo, all this jazz guitar talk the last couple of days has me with the archtop out and listening to Pat, Wes, George, Barney and so on. It's all good.
