The wife and I celebrated an anniversary this week by taking the big bird to Nashville, specifically.. to hear the Time Jumpers.
This was a first time for the wife and she enjoyed herself immensely (actually "totally exceeded expectations"), a very, very good thing.
It was a blast as always and Paul had me shaking my head on many occasions. His harmonized melody stuff with Andy was just sublime. Incredible musicians.
I'd not heard the "San Antonio Medley" opener before and Kenny announced that there is a new project in the works. We can only hope it happens soon. Another opportunity to get Carolyn and Dawn on CD..
A good night's sleep, another big silver bird and it's back to the mundane.
