respect is some thing we give and in return we get respect. when we destroy that respect its hard to be respected again. it takes solid commitment and humble respect towards those who we have disrespected,some times we have a large ego problem. when we do things that are out of line we need to show how sorry we are and prove we are sorry, then we can start to regain respect.
