I am not sure what the "Ganaway" videos are. But if they are copyrighted, the answer is "legally" no.

But I see many video's on YouTube that are copyrighted.
I had some on there that were owned by someone else and they were yanked.

I don't know if they are legal, but there are alot of the Gannaways already up on Youtube
