I used to get blood blisters on the inside of my fingers carrying my session 500 by the handle. That was before I put casters on it. Then I sold my Sho Bud Maverick and bought my MSA D12 Walnut (about 90 lbs in the case). Now I make two trips and use a hand truck! Of course you could use both my MSA and my Session 500 for jack stands without hurting them!

Most manufacturers are missing the point with steel amplifiers.
Steel players have to sit down and can't move over to the amp to make adjustments!
They need controls right next to them.
The only solution seems to me is to have a seperate head and speaker cabinet, NOT one big, heavy, clumsy combo.
Then weight won't be such an issue.
I would love to buy/try the new Fender, but not at 65 lbs....I wouldn't even want it for free.
