Who is the steeler in this video? Made in 1977 with Jerry playing his signature "cut out" guitar.

Glad you asked that. I watched this just a few days ago and was wonder who it was as well. Seems like he called him James on the video? Good band! Wonder who the other guitar player was??

Did Jerry call him Dan? or Danny? At lease he has good taste in guitars MSA. :D :D :D

MSA Millennium, Legend, and Studio Pro, Reese's restored Universal Direction guitar, a restored MSA Classic SS, several amps, new and old, and a Kemper Powerhead that I am really liking. Also a Zum D10, a Mullen RP, and a restored Rose S10, named the "Blue Bird". Also, I have acquired and restored the plexiglass D10 MSA Classic that was built as a demo in the early '70s. I also have a '74 lacquer P/P, with wood necks, and a showroom condition Sho-Bud Super Pro.

The electric guitar player is Rick Wayne(LD)...he is playing with Randy Travis and Porter Wagoner...we have worked together for twenty-something years(friends for about thirty-five years!)and I think he is one of the best...
