Ah, Don and Joe. I've been trying to track down Don for a couple of years. Someone just told me that he moved to Florida. I'd like to see him next time I go to Anna Maria. I bought the greatest stuff from Don. He sold me a 56 Pro, and he knew how much I loved it. Another one came into his store, and he called me right away. I couldn't make it down right then, so I told him that if someone came in with the money that he should sell it.(Duh, how stupid was that?) Went down 2 days later, and of course it was gone. I told him, "Don, I'm here with money, and you've got nothing to sell me!" He sent his wife home, and she came back with a recovered 58 Bassman! $300. Those were the days! Don's a great guy and a wonderful player. I hope he's enjoying his retirement.
Oh, yeah. Like many players in northern Ohio, I play a Kline U12. Wonderful guitars.
