I am not sure if this the right place to post this but I just wanted to let everyone know about the great service I got recently on a purchase from this fine store. Wanda was very patient and answered all my questions. When the deal was done, Billy was able to get my new purchase packed and out the door the same day even though they were short handed that day.

If you want great service and courteous knowledgable people, this is a great place to shop. Their web site has a great listing of guitars and Wanda sent me the pictures very quickly of the one that I was interested in and eventually bought.

My "new" Franklin will be here on Friday.

Can't wait.

Kinda hard not to get great service from Billy and Wanda. Every single time I've been in the store, e-mailed, or phoned, it has been a sheer pleasure doing business with them.

I agree with you both...Billy and Wanda are fine people to deal with and the work that comes out of there is second to none.

I have used Billy on a few occaisions in the past 5 plus years and I agree, Billy and Wanda always have the coffee pot on and a warm friendly smile. Billy's work on P/P is as good as it gets. His prices are in line with the market or maybe lower. He always has a good selection of new and used steel guitars on the showroom floor. I have nothing but good things to say for Him and Wanda.
