Another who dunnit
'twas listening to Moe Bandy GH's, and "Rodeo Clown" is my favorite. In some ways, it kinda represents (to me, anyway)the Nashville sound, at it's peak. It sounds mostly Lloyd"ish", but it has a Petey element in there, too. Plus, (at least on this particular cut of the compilation), it has a, somewhat, "nasally" midrangey, kinda tone. Can anyone settle my inner debate?
P.S. the tone thing aint no criticism, just that it's sorta different - I always thought they did some similar eq'ing on some of McCartneys' Beatle vocals, too.
