Band in box output drive problem

When I try to open band in a box a box comes up saying that the "Roland VSC output driver is installed properly but is currently in use by another program" How can I get this straightened out to stay put? Any helpful advice is appricated.

Restart your computor. It worked for me.

I tried restarting the computer and it came up with the same message. I was reading in the help section that you can run the driver wizard. I ran this and it showed me what to set. It works good now.
