Kind of like the tabs already available in Firefox, since it's inception.

Many sites have not implemented support for I.E.7 so some features on those sites may not be available. e.g. on the Dell users forum, which runs on Lithium software, with I.E.7 you get the same basically ASCII plain text functions only that Firefox and Opera have. The WYSIWYG options, smileys are not available and like Firefox and Opera if you enter a URL it is not hyperlinked.

These "disabled" functions may be intentional and part of the security tightening up in I.E.7.

I like IE 7 too on my home PC, but I will mention that it apparently adds more stringent security features when you download it, which in the case when I installed it on my work computer it disabled an Access based proprietary system we use. I had to uninstall it as a result. So bear that in mind.

IE7 is a beta product and should never be installed on a production computer (used in office, business, creative services, etc). Many places of employment will terminate employees who install software that causes problems for the IT staff, or the network in general.

Or simply deny "Administrator" priveleges to said employees, so they can't install anything.

I like this comment that was made on the Dell forum that their WYSISYG editor no longer works with I.E.7 (it never has worked with Firefox or Opera).

"Ya gotta love that the new IE breaks pages "coded for IE" by following the standards now!"
