Need midis for Raunchy & Amazing Grace

Post by Ron Victoria »

Well, I'm looking for a few more midis again. The first is Raunchy by Santo & Johnny. The second is Amazing Grace. I have a few different AG's but they are not what I want. I'm looking for a version like Bobbe plays where it changes key. I hope somebody has them. I've searched the web for Raunchy and came up empty. I wonder if Bobbe would part with it! Thanks, Ron

Here are a couple I found, not great (like so many on the net) but if you have any software that can edit midis (there's some available free on the web) you could re-do it to be better.

here's another:

FYI, I found them by searching for raunchy.mid on google. Try searching google for amazinggrace.mid and if it's online under that name, you'll find it.
[This message was edited by Jim Phelps on 10 July 2005 at 03:48 PM.]

Frankly it's pretty unlikely and unrealistic to expect to find a midi for any song with the exact arrangement and key or modulations you want. I searched on amazinggrace.mid and found several versions but don't know if any of them are what you want. Did you check them out? You need to get some midi-editing software if you don't already have it, and then you can modify the midis that you can find into what you want.

I use BIAB and PT for editing. I've been practicing and am getting better at it. It makes it much easier though to start with a track that is close. I do some volunteer playing and it sounds much better with backup.
