Zone Alarm problem
I have just updated my Zone Alarm firewall, and now find that I can't access my email. If I disable Zone Alarm I can read my mail.
Is the built in Windows firewall reliable enough to use in this mode?
Thanks, R B.

Check under "Programs" (I think that's the name of the menu in ZA) and see if your email program is denied access to the web. If it is, just choose "allow",- it may have been denied access during the update, for some reason....

Can any one tell me what "werule" is and also "kripa.exe" and "rowseuib.exe"" My Zone Alarm tells me most every day that "werule" is trying to access the internet and do I want to allow it. One time it had the kripa name and another time it had the other name. I did a search and found them in the folder Windows\System32 folder. Is it part of windows or something I should delete? Thanks

Gere;
Download and run Ad-Ware. I think some of what you have going on is ad related.
Richard;
I think your problems have to do with the Zone Alarm configuration. Perhaps un-install and re-install it.
