ZoneAlarm alert/ Tulsa hacker

I'm receiving a once or twice daily alert from ZoneAlarm regarding an intrusion from a possible hacker.
I did a reverse DNS lookup and it's says the source is cherry street records.
The only C.S.R. I've found is in Tulsa, OK.
I'd like to rattle this guys cage a bit and need advice on my next move.
