Jim ,
Well after I did some more "looking" I am very glad I ( or my Son) did not find a way to delete this Norton found adware . Had we deleted it , it would have stopped a very important program in Windows from working .The exact function of the Compressed file ( IE:Cdilla) is a shield that protects a program in Windows from being copied by another computer --as I understand it .
Even though it is listed as an adware the function is an important one and should be left alone .
If Norton is refusing to let you delete several of the adwares it found , that may mean they are important to keep and Norton safeguards those type files from being deleted thereby causing your computer not to function correctly ( or not at all ) in those particular programs .
If you could check each one individually as to its purpose then you could better understand whether or not to proceed with a deletion or not.
As I have stated , please consult with a person that is savy about one of these things before making any changes on my say -so !
I thought I would pass on the latest "find" as far as my situation goes. Apparently , some adware is ok to have but most is not.
Here is a program you can click on that has been very , very helpful to me in the past. You can look up a particular file name and this site will give you info. on what function the file or program does and whether or not you should make any changes to it or leave as is . Give it a look-see.

I wish you luck and hope it works out to your satisfaction .
