Using Win98
How can I stop the password window from popping up whenever I boot up?

When I last installed Win98 I didn't enter a password, but it keeps asking. I can hit Enter and it keeps booting, but is annoying.

Same here with Win ME. Ever since I got DSL it says "Enter password for microsoft networking" even tho there is no password.

Thanks for the link. Microsoft Knowlegde Base Article 152104 did the trick.
