wsmonline--premium?

Post by Keith DeLong »

question re wsmonline.com-have I got this right, that they want us to pay around $6 a month to listen to the Opry online? Maybe I'll put up a 100ft. antenna :eek

Keith,

You can still listen to the Opry without having to pay anything. Go to wsmonline.com, click on "listen live", then click on 650 WSM AM(Free Live Stream), then click on "click to listen", then pick your connection speed and you've got it!!

Hope this helps,

Hi Bobby S-Thanks for the info, but I followed your instructions and didn't get it.
I never saw such a slow website as WSM.Very poor computer programming.
They ought to update if they want listeners. At one point , they did ask me to register and for a password...al

Hi Al,

You are right about the username & password. Occasionally they will ask you for that, which I had forgotten about. I'm on high speed internet access so I don't have the speed problem. I really don't have any problems with their site at all and I listen to them quite a bit. You can also go to xmradio.com and listen to their channels too. Channel 13 is "Hank's Place". They play a lot of good country music, but I think they repeat the same programming more than once.

Have a good one,

Bobby

That's what they did to me, ask for a password. I entered it and then got all this promotion about WSM Premium, offering what we used to get for nothing before so I backed off and didn't pursue it any further.
