Edirol UA-1X usb Audio interface ??

What audio S/W and Platform (PC or Mac) do you use it with?

I've searched the recording forums I'm visiting, plus done a google for it, but can't find any comments about the quality or any online tests.

As far as I understand, USB interfaces are generally not as good as PCI interfaces because of the lower transfer speed, but I've never used any of them myself so I can't verify that.
