Need help with putting music on web site

I am trying to keep a web site for our Steel Guitar Assn. and am having trouble with sound on the site. (background)

I am using FrontPage. I can rip a CD track to MP3 and put it there but it takes forever to download (EXAMPLE www.etsga.org
I had rather place about 1 minute SNIFFITS if possible but will place the whole song if necessary.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT??????
