Guys, wheres the best deal on a black widow 1501, I need to pick up one, for an upright player im workin with.

I would go with a 1502 for an upright.

Morton, you would think so, but the 1501,sounds more normal, the upright has more upper mids, and its range is very close to human voice.
I know two bass players, that use BWs, and the one that uses the 1502, doesnt get the acoustic sound that the guy with 1501 gets, and they both use bassman 135s.
