PowerTracks mixing
I am using PowerTracks that is bundled with BIAB to add steel onto a wave file. I have recorded the steel and now want to mix the two tracks and change it to an mp3 file. Can anyone help me out with this? I can't seem to figure out how to save the mix.

Hi Smokey,
Go to "File" then about 1/2 way down you will see "Wave" and click on that. It will open up a menu that will allow you to merge the tracks into a WAV file. Once you have the WAV file use any program you wish to convert it to a mp3 file. http://gwixon.com/pt.html this link is from my website and should get you through the process from start to finish.

You need to set the volume of each track before you mix them together. In other words if track 1 was set at 100 and track 2 was set at 10, track 1 would obviously drowned out track 2. If you mixed it that way you would end up with track 1 over powering track 2. Hit the play before you do the mix and adjust the volumes to the desired level and then do the mix. This is a case of what you hear is what you get.
