Has Anyone Used This Piece of Test Gear?

In some of the literature I constantly get at the TV station where I work I noticed this piece of gear. http://www.gold-line.com/zm1.htm
Has anyone on the forum used one of these in an amp repair or sound re-enforcement application? I know that it is more specific to contractors installing constant voltage paging systems, but it looks like it might be a very handy tool to have around the shop.

I've had a General Radio impedance bridge in my archives for years but it hasn't been used in years. This looks like an updated version of it with LCD display and all.

Your mileage may vary...

It looks like something that might be used when installing speakers placed in ceiling and/or walls such as public address systems in clubs, bowling alleys, large stores. These speakers are usually driven by amplifiers with constant voltage output. I personally don't see a use for it in guitar amp work.
