Has anyone had any experience with the Peavey Deltafex processor?

You can dial-in about anything you would want.....however, the Deltafex has no memory, so you have to dial one in everytime you want to use a different setting. If you only use two or three favorite settings (like most players) that shouldn't be a problem.

At $159.99(U.S. MSRP), the Deltafex works well. Here is a link to this product from the Peavey website;http://www.peavey.com/products/shop_onl ... ltafex.cfm

I didn't like mine. At all.
Here's why.
The "attenuators" for "delay ms" are deceptive. They, in MY experience only allow a 12/3/6/9 o'clock for delay time. I'd bet the other smooth feeling "attenuation knobs" are similar. I'd have to dig it up.
When I brought it back to the Peavey Dealer in town he would only offer me a credit for an "upgrade". To quote Mr Chassaing: "What did you expect for 160$". The Peavey rep told me that it was "up to the "dealer".
It's what's kept me away from any of Peavey's non-amp products for ten years or so. I'm sure they managed to survive. I know I did.
Recently I started using this particular Store's Repair dept again. I've dealt with them since I bought the first MKIV Session 500 shipped to them in 1980. Just now rebasketted it.
Their amps are bullet proof.
I have a couple of silly "Peavey Slogans" but I don't want anybody to get the wrong Idear..
