Another Who Is the Steel Player

Found this record on Youtube titled " Was She Always That Way'" released on the Melbourne label in the 1960's. The steel player on this record kills it with his intro, fills, riffs, and ending. Anyone know who it could be?
The singer Paul Gurry is from Ontario Canada and passed away some time ago. Never heard of him before until I found this.
It's true that some of the very best traditional country music is found on the small labels by obscure artists.

Thanks. I never heard of Leo before. I was able to find some information about him on the web. His mastery of the pedal steel is highly regarded in Canadian circles. He was the guy there and it might be him on this record.
