Rick Kornacker

Post by Brian Spratt »

I learned via a Facebook post from Rick’s wife that he passed this past Thursday (1/15). I can’t say that I knew Rick well, but we did have some very enjoyable correspondence after connecting through this forum. He seemed a very decent man with a gentle spirit and a true passion for steel guitar. His contributions to the forum over the years have been memorable, and I’m thankful to have gotten to know him, even if only in a small measure.

So long Rick. Rick was a friend for 55 years. A good guy who helped in my (still fledgling)steel guitar journey. I'll miss you Rick. R.I.P. -JB
