There is a version of Your Cheati'n Heart in the Pedal Steel Guitar Song, (Hal Leonard) Book with the backing track too. Otherwise John Russell has it, and I think Erv Nihaus has it. You can contact them both through the forum. Johns TAB's are 7.00GBP each.
