Hi, this is reponse is many years late of course but I can answer! John is a Southern California/Los Angeles based guitarist and pedal steeler, mostly widely know for playing with Shooter Jennings and most recently on many of shooters productions. I played with him once (myself on six string) and John played beautifully on a Sierra.
