Limehouse Blues on my National Tricone (1931) - new video-

Post by Sebastian Müller »

Aloha friends, I continue with the series of early jazz tunes played on my Tricone.
This is my arrangement of Limehouse Blues, another iconic swing tune which was very popular during the 30s and still is today.
I got inspired by many different versions, one
is by Roy Smeck which is pretty cool.
The tuning I use is A Highbass (Hi to low E C#A E C# A)
Same as Dobro Tuning but one whole step up.

Really nice!.. you have a great touch and superb technique... For some reason, I felt like I was hearing the soundtrack of a classic cartoon from the 1930's,... VERY cool stuff!
I'm over the hill and hittin'rocks on the way down!

no gear list for me.. you don't have the time......
