Folsom Prison

I'm not a big fan of playing this song but after playing it for forever pretty much the same way, I am looking for a tab of it for some new ideas. I thought I saw someone post about it but looked back through the tab section and also did a search and nothing.

Hey Scott, I would do a train whistle at the start of the song going up to my high A ,engage my E lever and pick strings 5,6 and 8 rocking, my a and b pedals.

Scott, I look to the telecaster players on YouTube for inspiration. Some have a neat twist on the turn around.

Mike Johnson has a great arrangement on one of his CD’s, if you’re interested I would just go to his website
