I'm sorry to hear this sad news. Louie was the first person to befriend me when I first started coming down to the Texas steel shows. He introduced me around, especially to Charlie Norris, and helped me get my first spot on the TSGA show. I've always felt indebted to Louie. He will be missed. RIP, my friend.

Louie would call every time he got close to the Austin area, and we'd get together and have a great lunch meeting. A good friend has crossed over.
