Chip Fossa has died

Post by Larry Williams »

Chip died early this morning, Jan. 4, at the Berkshire Rehab Center in Sandisfield, Mass. He was 72. He suffered a severe stroke in January 2012, and had been in nursing care since then. Although partially paralyzed and unable to speak clearly, he was otherwise in pretty good health and enjoyed listening to music, watching movies and engaging with friends who came to visit. Only in the last month or so did his condition start to deteriorate, and he went quickly and peacefully this morning.

I feared from your hospice post that his time was close. I wish peace and comfort for the family and close friends. RIP Chip.
