Roger Shackelton passed away

Post by Erv Niehaus »

Roger never posted a lot on the Forum but he was a member for several years.
Some years ago he and his bride moved back to his home town of Canby, Minnesota and we got acquainted.
He was a real nice fellow and he will be missed.
God bless his soul.

Actually, Roger posted quite a bit over almost 20 years on this forum. I never met him in person, but he was an ideal "Forumite".

Rest in peace, Roger.

Sorry to hear of this.
I was friends with Roger when he lived in Everett, WA, in the late 90's and early 2000's, and he was always into Steels and went to the St.Louis Show and the Hawiian Steel Show pretty regularly.
He helped out in the Williams booth in St.Louis sometimes over the years, and had a Willams S12U.
I lost touch with him after he moved back to MN and the St.Louis Show ended.
He was a very nice guy.
RIP Roger Shakelton!

Godspeed Roger.

Roger posted many times, selling, buying, discussing.
