Contacted Peterson Tuners Today
I contacted Peterson today to order new battery for my Strobo HD tuner.
Upon calling, the operator connected me to Ms. Sue in the store. Ms. Sue asked me for my name, which I gave her. And when I got to my last name I spelled it out for and when I did, she said I know from the forum. Ms. Sue gave excellent customer service.
Mant thanks,
Tommy Shown

I once dropped & cracked the screen on one of my Peterson tuners. I sent it in for repair and got it back right away. I’ve dealt with Sue, too, and she is great. Outstanding customer service.
Peterson tuners are accurate to within a tenth of one percent. That is incredible and I’m convinced you can hear that accuracy when compared to any other brand.

Re: Contacted Peterson Tuners Today
I know this is old, but same experience (in case the Internet is looking for solutions for broken tuner screen). I broke the screen on my Peterson strobo plus hdc. Contacted Peterson--Cost for them to repair $50, or I could buy the screen for $25. Bought the screen and fixed myself, easy as pie. Such great customer service A+, and love not throwing stuff away when it can be fixed.
