Wayne Durham RIP

Post by Skip Edwards »

Yet again, another of our SoCal fold is gone...Wayne Durham has passed away.
Wayne was a fine bass payer and singer, and a former member of the Strangers.
Wayne was a fixture here in SoCal for many years, and he was one of those guys that you were always glad to run into at a gig...a warm smile and great company.
I'll miss seeing him around.
Adios, Amigo...

A great, great guy. This is a shocking and, at least to me, unexpected loss.

Very sad news! Wayne, Jerry Swallow (also gone) and I had a house gig for a couple years in Lake Elsinore. Playing with those guys every night was a high point for me. RIP
