In addition to the “standard” 3x3 E9 setup, you will need the following changes:
K = 2nd string half-tone raise
S = 6th string half-tone lower
D = 9th string half-tone lower

Timing of notes is approximate.

CORRECTION 10/10/14: Page 2, bar 6, the last triad should employ strings 9,8 and 5.
