The circle keeps spinning and going nowhere!

For example I go to the computer section and look thru everything on page 1 with no problems, but when I click on the #2 or the Next button to go to the next page the little circle pops up and decides to just sit there and think about whether or not its going to let me see the desired page. Sometimes it will and sometimes it won't. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I had this problem using Firefox 22 and newer on Twitter and some other pages requiring tracking session cookies. It turned out that the new Do Not Track setting was responsible. Once I unchecked it, Twitter changed pages normally.

Thanks Wiz, I am using IE 10 Win7. I have been thinking about trying IE 9 and see if that may help. I will check the tracking protection first.

It is almost certainly related to cookies and tracking/privacy settings. Do not downgrade your browser. You will be exposed to more malware attacks than with IE 10.

Wiz, the tracking protection was the problem, but is there a safe way to know when to use it or not or does it just depend on if you trust the website?

We never had tracking protection as such before and got along just fine. The reason it even exists is to appease concerns of certain powerful entities who feel it is wrong to allow advertisers to follow web surfers along the waters of the World Wide Web, which lets them serve ads tailored to users' actual behavior and interests.

I just disable that setting when I find it in a browser's preferences. It breaks more than it helps anybody.
