That is WEIRD. Yesterday I was sitting in the tub and I suddenly started thinking about Richie Havens. I haven't thought about Richie Havens in 30 years, but yesterday I started thinking about his "freedom" song which we later learned was improvised because he had run out of material and the promoters needed for him to go long.
I started thinking about his album covers and his voice over work.
Now that is spooky
I guess he was saying good bye on his way out.

I always loved his manner when he played, his soft-spoken voice, soulfulness, and the way he bashed that guitar..... Miss you Richie. steve t
