When I send messages to people and they reply, instead of my original message also showing with the reply, I always get a message that the "message was truncated" and none of my original message shows. This makes it hard to remember what I sent originally and sometimes their replies are meaningless because I don't remember what they are replying to. This just started a few weeks ago. It happens in all 5 of the main browsers, so it doesn't appear to be a browser issue. I have made no changes to any options or preferences. In fact, there is no option I can find to truncate the messages.
Any ideas?? Of course, yahoo help is the most useless help system on the planet. I click on email help and get taken to the AT&T site for their products and can't find anything on that page that has anything to do with Yahoo email.
EDIT: More info. On my laptop, I have different problems. I get the message and images when using Chrome, but in Firefox, this is what I get instead of the actual pictures i sent in the original message:

Are there settings I don't know about in the operating systems that affect this? I have Xp on my desktop and Vista on the laptop.

You might try going into the controler panel & go to system restore..it will give you restore points[date's] but you can create your own restore point.like pick a date before your problem started ,,like 30 days back & try that ! [ usually works for me ] ! Good luck .
No longer an issue. I am s#!t-canning anything to do with Yahoo, including email.
