Just heard George Lindsay, better known as Goober from Andy Griffith and Hee Haw has gone on. I had many a laughs as a child watching him.

Got to shake Ol' Goober's hand at the Fair back a couple of years after he joined Andy. He was a great asset to the show and I'll always remember his, "Judy, Judy, JUDY!" RIP George, old friend and thanks for all the laughs and lessons in life you gave us.

I seem to recollect Goober doing the "Moonwalk" as well as Michael Jackson ! I still love to watch the old Andy Griffith black nd white TV shows. May Goober RIP.
