My Shoes Keep Walking Back to You "Lucky"

Post by Carl Kilmer »

After hours trying to learn this tune, and then figuring out
how to pick a bit faster, I thought I'd try it out on YouTube.
I don't usually play anything this fast, so ignore the errors.
Any comments are appreciated (good or bad). Always like to
hear any of the things I can do to improve my playing.
Thanks for giving it a listen.

Hi bro. Carl! :D
It has been said, that only the artist himself/herself, sees, or hears, the flaws in their works, the public does not. They, (the public) only sees, or hears, the beauty of the finished work of the artist. Such is the beauty of this piece that you have played my dear friend. It is beautiful, and smooth as glass. My word to you is to keep playing this beautiful music, and make all of our days that much brighter.

Sounds good Carl. I don't think I'll be coming to IL this year. The only time slot I can get is Thursday and I just can't do Thursday. Another show gone pro. Anyway you are getting better all the time. Take care my friend.

Way to go Carl! That's some fine E9th playing. I really enjoy instrumentals with solid steel all the way through the tune, from start to finish. Sometime's it can be difficult to do. You played it great Carl! Thanks for posting it..
